March didn't only bring in the lamb, it also brought the Sleep Doula, a Healthy Moms seminar, a Movie date and even a Muffin Mingle!
While indulging in morning glories and coffee cake flavoured muffins, we have been learning how to train our little ones on better sleeping haibts, how to implement healthier eating choices and vitamins for babies and moms both and what vitamin and cleaning choices are best to make.
Then, on a little down time, we got caught up in a child's world of imagination during the flick of Alice in Wonderland. I can't even tell you the last time that I was at the movie theatre, let alone being able to bring my child with me :).
This week will be bringing lots more excitement with our Boston Pizza tour and Bra Fitting Night!

Black and White
I am sure that there has been a debate that has occurred countless times about perspective and colour. Black and white vs the vague "grey" area. When it comes to parenting, should everything be black and white, or is there always room for the shades of grey? Well, last week we decided to go strictly black and white and dress up as penguins! Moms and kids dug in their closets to put together a black and white outfit that would get them in the spirit of our P is for Penguin Party. We started off the party with a reading of "If You Were a Penguin " and then sat down to make our very own penguins. Using toilet paper rolls as a body, the kids got creative in their colour choices and decorating.
When all our little penquins started to get relestless and tired, we sat down and watched a bit of "The Penguins of Madagascar" to cool off. Then they were all off to head home and have a nap. Just another day in the life of a penguin...
