We all have that friend or family, who has just found out that is pregnant, maybe just had her first baby, or could even be having baby #2, #3 or #4. Regardless of the stage, every mom needs to be supported. She craves the connection of other adults and the new friendships that it provides. She enjoys chatting with other parents, being around other children and having a place to go for advice and support. She wants to thrive in her motherhood experience, not just survive. Our mission is to to connect neighbourhood moms in their own local community and to empower every mother to parent the way she aspires to.
momstown Kitchener-Waterloo provides exactly that. Support, connections and the resources to survive and, more importantly, thrive. How do we that? We facilitate this by providing 30+ programs per month that are based on an educational cirriculum and are age specific. We organize and conduct programs for moms with newborns/infants, programs for the Toddlers and then, programs for those cute little pre-schoolers as well. We also have weekly Moms Nights Out (Book Club, Knitting Club, Supper Club, Food Swaps & lots of Adventure Nights) and regular family event too! (But family is welcome at any event - even Dads!). We also provide an online message board, monthly contests, exclusive member discounts and fun interaction with national brands. All this for just $45 per year.
