Most of the moms, babies, toddlers, and preschoolers were beyond excited when they could hear Santa's Ho Ho Ho echo through the halls of The Children's Museum at the momstown KW Holiday Party on Saturday December 15th, 2012. Though, we have to admit there were also some terrified shrieks and wails too!
(Check out our blog on Santa's secret thoughts...)
This party was definitely set to Santa's standards though! We had cookies and candy canes;
hot chocolate and holiday punch; ornaments and a Christmas sac race too!
The best part of the whole day though, was definitely the smiles on the children's faces as they sat on Santa's lap. The wonder in the babies eyes as they felt Santa's suit for the first time. And the sound of the parents laughter as their children refused to go anywhere near the "big guy". Check out all the pics right here!
Once the cookies were eaten and the hot chocolate was drank, Santa had to go back to the North Pole to get ready for Christmas. Everyone had an amazing time and were all ready for their afternoon nap!
'Twas the week before Christmas, and all through the room
All the children were laughing when there came a big boom!
The stockings were hung and the tree was alight
When all of a sudden some children ran from sight!
A cheerful old man, with a beard white as snow
Came walking on in with his jolly Ho Ho Ho!
The tree was decorated, the stockings were hung,
and now Santa's song had definitely been sung!
To Santa's delight, there were cookies and punch
'Cause sure enough it was time for lunch!
But the time did come for Santa to leave
Off to the North Pole, before Christmas Eve!
momstown KW wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
