With the trees finally turning into a kaleidoscope of colors and the temperature starting to drop,
momstown Kitchener-Waterloo celebrated the beauty of Autumn during
our monthly Tales for Tots and momstown Monet at Chapters Gateway.
With fall finally here, Scholastic gave us "Let it Fall" by Maryann Cocca-Leffler to read!
With soft, colourful art, adorable children, and seasonal outdoor scenes,
Let It Fall celebrates the beauty of autumn.
After reading such a great story, what better way to celebrate the beauty and fun of fall than by making our own Autumn Wreaths!
Give the children a little bit or a lot of glue, an array of colorful leaves,
some feathers and ribbon and their imaginations came to life!
The end results were beautiful and colorful wreaths worthy to hang on any door!
After all the "smiles" for the camera...it was time to see who had won our story!
