Alphabet Play in July at momstown KW where "Y" is for....

 

 

 

"Y" is for:

 

Yell

Yolk

Yak

Yo-Yo

 

 

 

These are just some of the words we learned about at the Alphabet Play portion of momstown Movers at momstown Kitchener-Waterloo.

 

 

 

We also learned Yellow: The colour of the sun!

 

 

 

 

 

The sun craft was a perfect fit for the  letter "Y", and the July monthly theme of The Desert!

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is a simple craft made of yellow construction paper, glue and other embellishments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We chose to use bingo dabbers for the eyes, feathers for the hair and glitter glue and markers for the nose and mouth.

 

Join us next week at momstown Movers in Kitchener- Waterloo where we will be doing a Make and Take activity. We will be learning to make a new activity every month to fill our very own Busy Bags.  A assortment of learning activities your toddler can take with them on long trips in the car, vacation or even a great alternative to TV time.
