What is Make and Take?
Well, this is where moms will earn to make activity type crafts for their toddlers to start building their very own Busy Bags.
This is a great idea to take with you on long car rides, vacation or even on a rainy day.
Each month moms will learn how to make a new activity with the end goal of a Busy Bag swap in the future.
This month we made this:
A counting and colour activity.
We took a foam triangle and taped on a piece of matching pipe cleaner.
We added a number with corresponding dots and
then the same number of coloured beads.
The idea is to make the number 1-10 using other colours.
Then, with all the beads in a pile, the tot can begin to sort the colours and count the number of beads needed for each triangle.
Our momstown KW Moms had a great time making this activity.
As with every week at momstown Movers, we have the end portion of the morning for social and pay time.

Next month at Make and Take, we will learn to make an activity for colour matching and pencil grabbing skills too.
