What's the worst part about being a kid in the winter? Mittens!
How can you possibly have any fun with that newly fallen fluffy white snow when you're wearing mittens?! Sure sure, you can always make a snowman or go tobogganing...but
momstown KW decided to take it one step further with in our weekly
Laugh & Learn program!
This week, during
Little Scientists, we filled large buckets with snow and let the kids explore, sans mittens!
They had so much fun making mini snowmen, using cookie cutters to shape the snow and driving the train through the snow mountains! Plus, we learned what happened when we dyed the snow!
This is the perfect way to discover colors! 1 drop of red...1 drop of blue...WHOA it's purple!
This is a great wintertime activity for all ages! Babies, toddlers, school age and adults! So, next time it's too cold to go outside and play, why not bring the outside inside!
