Invest in your children…give them the gift of swimming.
Swimming is a sport with numerous benefits that last a lifetime.
Swimming provides a total body, low impact,
high resistance workout that once learned, children will keep with them for
life. Everybody from one to 100 years of age can enjoy all the health benefits
of a good swim.
Besides being a great physical workout,
swimming is also a wonderful recreational activity. Swimming provides hours of
fun in family pools, water-parks and lakes, with friends and family.

SAFETY
The most important benefit of swimming is
learning lifesaving skills. In Canada, drowning is the number one cause of unintentional injury
deaths among children one to four years of age and the second leading cause of
preventable death for children under 10 years. (http://www.lifesavingsociety.com/who’s-drowning.aspx)
By enrolling your child in swim lessons, you will be
arming them with essential tools that could potentially save your child’s life.
