5 little monkeys jumping on
the bed... 1 fell off and bumped his head... Mama called the doctor and the
doctor said, "try going to momstown events instead"!
Wouldn't that be a
GREAT children's song?? Instead of singing the song today though, we read the
story "5 little monkeys" during our storytime at chapters. M stands
for momstown (and monkeys!!), and crafting monkeys seemed a little less daunting
(anyone have a suggestion for a toddler craft for letter m momstown? Definitely
not an easy one!)
Taking our letter m, our little crafting monkeys added the various pieces, cutouts, eyes and such (using their obligatory fountain of white glue) and came out with the most adorable m shaped monkeys! Can you see the monkey's ears and eyes?
